I agree that if my bid is successful, a Buyer's Premium on each lot of seventeen percent (17 %) of the Hammer price up to $50,000.00, plus ten percent (10%) of any amount in excess of $50,000.00, which Premium shall be retained by AUCTIONS BY THE BAY.
